Supervisory skills acquired through ICTT are a success amongst the Management Team. ESOL training also has been extremely well-received. The group started with little to no English skills and now are communicating with Management. This program is changing the workplace. I highly recommend utilizing ICTT resources and will continue to find more programs that will further enhance our productivity.
