Meet Loreley

Loreley has taught English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) at all levels for over twenty-five years. The outcomes of her instruction include: language acquisition skills, improving workplace performance, and increasing confidence. Loreley specializes in cultural differences and immigrant transitions. She holds a BA in Education and Curriculum Development, an MA in Psycho-Linguistics, and a second MA in Applied Linguistics, all from the University of Chile.

Meet Celia

A dynamic and content rich speaker, Celia brings over thirty years experience as an executive and an educator. Her presentations covering topics such as leadership, performance and accountability, building customer loyalty, and team dynamics are based on real life experiences and proven practices. A frequent speaker with global business experience, Celia uses her extensive theater background to entertain while sharing ideas and techniques that can be used immediately. Her energy and humor engage every audience and she takes them to the next level of learning and action. Celia has a BA in Education from Florida State University and an MFA in Theater Arts from Emerson College.

Meet Carolyn

Carolyn brings more than fifteen years of experience in high-quality training in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Her customized approach and training techniques are based on experiential activities and audience participation. Areas of expertise include management development, preventing workplace harassment, conduct and discipline, coaching, performance management, and understanding basic employment law. Carolyn has a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado and an MS in Human Resource Counseling from Northeastern University. She also holds the Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR).
